This masterbatch exhibits a Melt Flow Index of 28 gm/10 min at 190°C under 2.16 kg load.
Its melting point falls between 115–117°C.
Both polymer and pigment components offer excellent heat stability up to 240°C.
The product provides outstanding dispersion quality with less than 0.1% moisture content and a light fastness rating of 6–7 on the Wool scale.
