    Physical Properties:

    This masterbatch has a Melt Flow Index of 28 gm/10 min at 190°C under 2.16 kg load. The melting point ranges between 115 to 117°C. Both polymer and pigment components offer heat stability up to 240°C. The product demonstrates excellent dispersion and has a moisture content of less than 0.1%. Light fastness is rated between 6 and 7 on the Wool scale.

    Formulated using titanium dioxide (TiO₂), color pigments, polymer resin, additives, and functional fillers.


    Application:
